Main Responsibilities
Working closely with the current subsidiary management and international Group teams, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships, managing complex technical sales opportunities, and ensuring profitable business growth across Brazil and Latin America.
Within a lean industrial organization, your role will be highly operational, combining strategic commercial development with direct involvement in quotations, negotiations, financial performance, and cross-functional coordination.
Commercial Strategy & Business Development
You will define and execute commercial priorities, target markets, key account strategies, and business development plans in alignment with the Group's overall strategy.
You will expand and retain the existing customer portfolio while identifying new business opportunities across the chemical, pharmaceutical, and related process industries.
You will promote the company's complete portfolio of industrial equipment and integrated process solutions, leveraging the Group's technical expertise to address complex customer requirements.
You will build long-term relationships with industrial customers, combining regular site visits, technical discussions, and proactive commercial follow-up.
Technical Sales, Quotations & Contract Negotiation
You will personally manage complex technical sales opportunities, from initial customer qualification and solution definition to quotation preparation, commercial negotiation, and contract signature.
You will coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and other relevant functions to develop technically sound and commercially competitive proposals.
You will evaluate and validate pricing, costs, margins, delivery schedules, payment terms, and key contractual risks, ensuring that commercial commitments remain achievable and profitable.
You will negotiate commercial agreements while balancing customer expectations with manufacturing capacity, operational constraints, cash flow considerations, and the Group's approval procedures.
You will ensure effective handover of confirmed orders to the relevant execution teams, maintaining alignment between commercial commitments and project delivery.
Latin American Commercial Coordination & International Collaboration
You will develop, coordinate, and strengthen the company's network across Latin America, supporting their activities and improving regional market coverage.
You will act as a central point of coordination for commercial opportunities originating across the region, particularly in key markets such as Mexico, Argentina, and Chile.
You will establish strong communication with the Group's international entities, working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams in Brazil, Europe, and the United States.

Commercial Performance & Operational Coordination
You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and corrective action plans in close collaboration with the Finance team.
You will work closely with Operations and Purchasing to align customer commitments with production schedules, resource availability, procurement requirements, and quality standards.
You will proactively identify operational or commercial risks and recommend pragmatic solutions when customer expectations exceed available capabilities or acceptable risk levels.
Leadership, Organizational Development & General Management Succession
You will provide hands-on commercial leadership, establish clear objectives, monitor performance, and support the development of commercial capabilities within the subsidiary.
You will contribute to the modernization of internal processes, reporting practices, and organizational structures, supporting the subsidiary's continued transformation.
The long-term objective is for you to transition into the General Manager position, assuming overall responsibility for the subsidiary's commercial, financial, operational, and organizational performance.

You have demonstrated experience in complex technical sales, including customer qualification, cost estimation, quotation development, pricing, contract negotiation, and management of commercial risks.
Your professional background has ideally exposed you to a lean industrial organization or a local subsidiary of an international group, where you have developed the ability to combine strategic thinking with direct operational involvement.
Above all, you are entrepreneurial, autonomous, pragmatic, and results-oriented, with a strong customer focus and the discipline required to manage commercial commitments responsibly.
You are fluent in Portuguese, with professional English and fluent Spanish required for international communication and regional commercial responsibilities. French would be an additional advantage.
