We are looking for a Corporate Services Manager in Sydney to oversee corporate governance, compliance and company secretarial activities, while leading the Corporate Services team and supporting our clients with their corporate requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with the Country Manager and APAC CFO, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective management of our Australian operations and maintaining strong relationships with clients, authorities and external stakeholders.

With your strong knowledge of the Australian corporate environment, you will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including the Corporations Act and ASIC obligations, and advise management on governance and compliance matters.

With strong attention to detail, you will oversee company secretarial activities, including Board and shareholder meetings, resolutions, corporate records, statutory filings and regulatory submissions.

You will provide corporate and legal support to clients, including guidance on corporate transactions, risk management, banking relationships and account operations.

As the manager of a team of 4, you will lead, develop and support the Corporate Services team, set KPIs and drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

You will also build trusted relationships with clients, banks, government authorities, regulators and external advisors, acting as a key point of contact on corporate and administrative matters.

Profile

We are looking for a senior professional with 5+ years of experience in corporate services, governance, compliance or company secretarial activities in Australia, with BAS Agent registration. You have strong knowledge of Australian corporate and regulatory requirements, including ASIC, as well as proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Organised, autonomous and client-oriented, you are comfortable working in an international environment and managing multiple priorities.
