ALTIOS is seeking a Business Advisory Consultant to join our Ho Chi Minh City office. You will drive cross-border expansion, market entry, and strategic advisory projects for international clients entering Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:

The Business Advisory Consultant will be responsible for supporting and executing client engagements, including:

· Conduct industry studies, competitor benchmarking, and regulatory analysis to deliver actionable market-entry and growth frameworks for international clients.

· Advise clients on entry-mode strategy, site selection, and greenfield/brownfield investment execution in Vietnam.

· Execute target screening, company profiling, shortlisting, and strategic outreach, while supporting commercial due diligence and business assessments.

· Author executive-level investment memos, strategic roadmaps, market reports, and commercial proposals.

· Represent ALTIOS in high-level meetings with corporate executives, foreign investors, government agencies, and industry leaders.

· Manage project timelines and workstreams in close coordination with ALTIOS global teams across Europe, the Americas, and APAC.

· Contribute to the continuous enhancement of ALTIOS’ proprietary advisory frameworks, market intelligence tools, and knowledge base.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Business, or a related field.

· 3-5 years in management consulting, corporate advisory, strategy, market research, or corporate finance (international firm experience preferred).

· Strong analytical problem-solving, structured data synthesis, and advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

· Professional fluency in written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
