As part of the continued growth of our Global HR Solutions activity in Southeast Asia, we are looking for an HR Specialist SEA to join our regional team and support international recruitment and HR consulting projects across the region.

Your role

Working closely with our international HR and consulting teams, you will manage and deliver talent acquisition projects for international clients expanding across Southeast Asia.

Combining project management, recruitment expertise and a strong client-service mindset, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent while supporting clients in their international growth ambitions.

In this position, you will:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments across Southeast Asia and international markets.

• Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies aligned with their business objectives and expansion plans.

• Identify, assess and engage high-calibre professionals, including senior leadership and executive profiles.

• Manage complex international recruitment projects involving multiple stakeholders and countries.

• Deliver market intelligence, talent mapping, salary benchmarking and recruitment insights to clients.

• Collaborate with ALTIOS teams worldwide to ensure a seamless and consistent client experience across borders.

• Contribute to the continuous development of our HR consulting and talent acquisition capabilities in the region.

Beyond project delivery, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development and visibility of ALTIOS' HR Solutions practice in Southeast Asia within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Who are you?

You hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, International Business or a related field.

You bring at least 4 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, talent acquisition, HR consulting or a related environment. Experience within an international consultancy, executive search firm or multinational organisation would be particularly valued.

You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and interacting with senior stakeholders in multicultural environments. Your strong interpersonal skills, autonomy and sense of ownership allow you to successfully lead complex assignments while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Fluency in English is required. Additional Southeast Asian languages, Mandarin or French would be an asset.

Knowledge of employment regulations and recruitment practices in Malaysia and/or Thailand is essential, while exposure to broader Southeast Asian markets would be highly appreciated.
