As part of our development, we are looking for a person interested in accounting, payroll and legal to join our Corporate Services team in Sao Paulo.

MISSIONS

You will be part of a multi-cultural team and deal with international clients and companies. Your role will be to assist the Head of Corporate Service on different missions, to help with operational daily tasks with supervision.

You will also take part in the development of the team in terms of processes, tools and management. This is a very versatile position far from the typical ‘accountant’ position or ‘legal’ position. You will perform very diversified tasks as we position ourselves as a ‘subsidiary Management’.

There is also much room to grow within this position, take on more responsibilities, and develop new areas of expertise.

You will assist the Head of Corporate Services in the operational management of the team:

• Preparing, controlling payroll and social contribution declaration

• Bookkeeping account, preparing, and controlling FYS, GST, and tax declaration

• Reconciliation bank, Interco, and client on requirement

• Payment processing, Cash reporting, Cash flow management

• Retrocession reporting

• Invoicing client including subcontract recharge

• Liaising with advisory team, Altios Subsidiaries

PROFILE

You have at least 3 years of experience in accounting with direct exposure to clients, ideally within a corporate services, accounting firm, or business services environment. You are comfortable managing client relationships while ensuring the accuracy and quality of accounting and financial deliverables.

You are proficient in Excel, Word, and ERP systems, and have a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. You enjoy taking initiative, identifying practical solutions, and working proactively to support both clients and internal teams.

Your strong communication skills enable you to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders. You are fluent in English.

Autonomous, organized, and service-oriented, you are able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
