We are looking for an English-speaking Corporate Services Manager with an international background, to lead and develop our corporate services offering for international companies expanding into Brazil.

Based in São Paulo, this role combines client advisory, team management, and coordination of accounting, tax, payroll, and compliance activities.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the Brazilian business environment and is able to support international clients in structuring and operating their local presence efficiently, from incorporation to ongoing operations.

MISSIONS

Act as a key point of contact for international clients, providing guidance and best practices to operate successfully in Brazil:

• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of corporate services: accounting, tax, payroll, and legal compliance, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners

• Manage and develop the Corporate Services team (planning, supervision of A/P-A/R, bank reconciliations, payroll, reporting…)

• Review financial statements (P&L, balance sheet) and ensure accuracy before client delivery

• Supervise monthly and annual tax and statutory compliance processes

• Support clients in budgeting, forecasting, and financial structuring

• Ensure high-quality reporting and provide strategic insights to clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and local authorities

PROFILE

• 4–6 years of experience in accounting, corporate services, or advisory environment

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

• Strong understanding of Brazilian accounting, tax, and compliance environment

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (French is a plus)

• Strong client-facing and communication skills, with a business-oriented mindset

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional activities

• Leadership skills and ability to manage and develop a team

• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in international environments
