This ASEAN-based role will play a pivotal part in driving regional sales strategy, expanding market presence, and strengthening key customer relationships across Southeast Asia, while ensuring alignment with the Group’s global commercial objectives.
Missions
The Area Sales Director – Products – APAC will lead and develop the regional sales team, partners, and Authorized Repair Centers (LARCs) to deliver sustainable growth and operational excellence across Southeast Asia. In this role, you will combine strategic foresight with hands-on leadership to ensure the achievement of ambitious commercial targets while shaping mid- and long-term growth strategies in close collaboration with the General Manager.
You will lead, coach, and inspire a diverse regional ecosystem of sales teams, partners, and LARCs, fostering a high-performance culture built on engagement, empowerment, and a strong “can-do” mindset. Through structured reporting, regular performance reviews, and clear communication frameworks, you will ensure alignment and accountability across all stakeholders. You will also play a key role in strengthening regional cohesion by organizing partner conferences and driving collaborative initiatives.
With full ownership of sales performance, you will drive the achievement and overdelivery of annual targets across designated territories and key accounts. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and territory planning with rigor and precision, closely monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions where needed to ensure consistent results. In parallel, you will manage operating expenses in line with defined budgets, maintaining a strong balance between growth and efficiency.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will contribute to defining and executing mid- and long-term growth strategies aligned with evolving market dynamics. You will identify and capture new business opportunities by developing competitive sales approaches, expanding market penetration, and unlocking adjacent segments. Ensuring strong alignment with global commercial priorities, you will translate strategic direction into actionable regional initiatives that maximize business performance.
You will build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders across the region. Acting as a senior commercial partner, you will provide guidance on quotations, tenders, contracts, and aftersales development, ensuring high-quality and competitive offerings. You will drive structured customer development approaches across hunting, mining, and farming activities, while embedding a mindset of continuous improvement. Through proactive engagement and strong relationship management, you will ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
Profile
You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent, providing a strong technical foundation for industrial applications.
You bring a minimum of 8 years of senior sales and marketing experience in industrial goods, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You demonstrate strong expertise in sales planning, market development, and international sales, enabling sustainable growth across diverse markets.
You are highly mobile and willing to travel extensively across Southeast Asia, strengthening partnerships and expanding regional market reach.
