HR & Administrative Assistant

To strengthen our presence in Thailand and support our growth, we are recruiting an HR & Admin Assistant for our Bangkok office. ALTIOS Thailand supports clients across Asia and works closely with our Singapore office, supported by a strong network of local industry experts.
MISSIONS
As a key contributor to the smooth execution of daily HR and administrative operations, you support the implementation of HR processes and contribute to managing the full employee lifecycle.
You support HR administrative management by handling daily HR administrative activities such as employment contract follow-up, leave tracking, employee records management, and documentation filing, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
You coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, organizing onboarding and exit processes, managing checklists, preparing internal documentation, and liaising with relevant teams to ensure smooth employee transitions.
You assist with recruitment logistics by coordinating interview scheduling, liaising with hiring managers, managing candidate communications, and ensuring administrative support throughout the recruitment process.
You follow up on payroll and social declarations, collecting and validating payroll-related data (leaves, bonuses, absences), supporting payroll processing, and assisting with the reporting of social declarations.
You also liaise with partners to ensure visa and work permit application processes for foreign employees run smoothly and comply with immigration regulations.
Finally, you provide ad hoc administrative and accounting support as required to ensure smooth local operations.
Your Profile
• You possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in HR administration, office management, or a similar support role.
• You have a knowledge of Thai labor laws, local regulations, and standard HR and payroll procedures.
• You master the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and are comfortable using Odoo, or demonstrate a willingness to learn it.
• You are fluent in Thai and have professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Any additional language is a plus.
• You have a growth mindset and enjoy working in a positive and collaborative environment.
