As part of the development of its international activities, ALTIOS is recruiting a Marketing Specialist to support the deployment of its marketing strategy across the Americas and the UK.

Based in Montreal, you will report directly to the Group Marketing Director and play a key role in enhancing ALTIOS’ visibility, brand positioning, and lead generation across your regions.

You will work closely with international teams and contribute to both operational execution and strategic marketing initiatives, in a fast-paced and highly international environment.

MISSIONS

Creative and proactive, you contribute to the execution of ALTIOS’ marketing strategy across the Americas and the UK, combining hands-on content creation with a strong sense of initiative.

You design and produce engaging content (LinkedIn posts, articles, visuals, presentations, videos…) aligned with ALTIOS’ positioning, while ensuring consistency and performance across digital channels.

Working closely with business teams, you translate commercial needs into impactful marketing actions, supporting visibility and lead generation, and contribute to the organization and promotion of events (webinars, client events, seminars).

You also support editorial planning and promote ALTIOS’ expertise across its core service lines, while monitoring performance through KPIs and leveraging internal tools (CRM/ERP) to track and optimize campaigns.

PROFILE

You have at least 2 years of experience in marketing, communication, or digital marketing, in a B2B or consulting environment.

You combine strong creative skills (content creation, visual sense, storytelling) with the ability to contribute to more strategic marketing topics.

You are fluent in English.

You are comfortable working in an international environment and interacting with multiple stakeholders across regions.

You are proactive, hands-on, and able to take ownership of your projects while being a strong team player. Finally, you are curious, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
