Business Developer (Junior)
As part of the development of its activities in North America, ALTIOS is recruiting an International Business Advisor (Junior) to support the growth of its Canadian operations.
Based in Montreal, you will contribute to expanding ALTIOS’ footprint by supporting Canadian companies in their international development strategies.
You will work closely with a Senior Business Developer, while progressively developing your own portfolio and geographic scope, with a particular focus on Ontario.
MISSIONS
With a strong commercial mindset, you contribute to ALTIOS’ growth by identifying and engaging new clients across Canada.
You support outbound business development initiatives, promoting ALTIOS’ international services (market entry, recruitment, HR & payroll, subsidiary management & accounting, M&A support…) to Canadian SMEs and mid-sized companies seeking to expand globally.
You are involved across the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal and deal closing, initially in support of a Senior BD, and progressively with more autonomy on your own scope. Agile and solution-oriented, you help understand client needs and propose tailored solutions, working closely with internal experts across our 25+ countries network.
You also contribute to developing and maintaining relationships with ALTIOS’ local ecosystem (partners, institutions, business networks, etc.).
Organized and detail-oriented, you keep the CRM updated, manage prospect databases, support outreach campaigns, and monitor market trends and competitors within your scope.
PROFILE
You are a recent graduate or have 1–3 years of experience in business development / sales, in a B2B services environment.
You have a strong interest in international business and a genuine motivation to support companies in their global expansion.
You are fluent in English. Your interpersonal skills and business mindset allow you to build trust with clients and understand their strategic challenges.
You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with the ability to evolve in a fast-paced and international environment. Comfortable working in a team, you also demonstrate autonomy and ownership on your projects.
