As part of the acceleration of our development in Australia and New Zealand, we are seeking our Country Coordinator Australia & New Zealand, based in Sydney. Your main objective is to reinforce and energise ALTIOS’ presence in the region, drive strong commercial growth, and position ALTIOS as a leading partner for Australian companies expanding internationally.
MISSIONS
Your primary mission is to spearhead business development by identifying and securing high-value partnerships to meet growth targets. Leveraging an understanding of internationalisation challenges and your agility, you will lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial prospecting to final negotiations. More than just a business developer, you will act as a trusted advisor to CEOs and executive teams, guiding them through the complexities of their global expansion strategies.
Beyond direct sales, you will act as a strategic connector and influential ambassador, leveraging your active listening skills to structure and animate a local ecosystem. Your role involves building strategic alliances with key prescribers, including Chambers of Commerce, public institutions, private equity funds, and banks. By organizing industry events, you will proactively enhance ALTIOS’ brand visibility and market influence across the region.
Your role involves leading the local team and fostering an entrepreneurial culture centered on team spirit, embodying ALTIOS’ core values. You will balance strategic planning with field involvement to achieve operational objectives. In coordination with Group management, you will drive growth and ensure that regional strategies are aligned with global goals.
PROFILE
· You bring at least 5 years of experience in business development and B2B consulting sales.
· You possess an understanding of international environments and have a track record of animating professional ecosystems.
· An entrepreneurial background or experience in business creation will be valued.
· You are a leader with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop local teams.
· You are fluent in English; proficiency in any other language is an advantage.
