As part of our development in North America, ALTIOS is recruiting an Internal Accountant based in Montréal, with solid prior experience, to manage the internal accounting of our Canadian and US subsidiaries.
Reporting to the Administrative & Financial Manager for the Americas, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate accounting and administrative management of both entities.
MISSIONS
Manage the full accounting cycle for ALTIOS Canada and ALTIOS USA: transaction entries, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, supplier follow-up and payments
Oversee the accounts receivable process: client invoicing, receivables reporting, follow-ups and cash-flow support
Perform intercompany reconciliations with Group subsidiaries and manage internal retrocessions after client invoicing
Provide administrative support: expense report validation, internal document follow-up, coordination with Finance teams and external accounting partners
Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting and administrative processes
PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, ideally in a multi-entity or international environment
Proficiency in MS Office tools, including advanced Excel
Fluent English, essential for daily interactions with teams and Group subsidiaries
Strong rigor, organizational skills, and ability to manage several priorities simultaneously
Proactive mindset, autonomy, internal service orientation, and genuine interest in an international, fast-moving environment

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The position is based in Montréal.
Business travel to the US office in New York is expected twice a year.
