About the job:
The BD Manager will lead key sales and operations initiatives from ALTIOS’ Hongkong office, and will report to GM of ALTIOS Greater China. He / She will conduct following tasks, including but not limited to:
Business Development Inbound and Outbound:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies, expand network of ALTIOS ecosystem; set targets/KPIs, and refine BD approaches with leadership.
- Revenue Growth: Drive new sales, cross-selling, and upselling by identifying opportunities in client portfolios.
- Client Management: Build strong relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions with timely responses.
- Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to identify new service lines and growth opportunities.
- Performance & Reporting: Track sales performance, conversion rates, and retention; prepare reports and forecasts.
- Operations: Maintain CRM (Odoo/Notion board), create sales materials, and support the Marketing/BD team..
About the candidate:
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a foreign consulting company.
- Bachelor or Master Degree. Study abroad will be a strong plus
- Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Other software will be a plus
- English: Professional Proficiency; Mandarin Chinese: Native or Fluent, French will be a plus
- Knowledge on general Chinese market, good contact and communication skills
