We’re now looking for a Country Coordinator to lead and grow our Thailand office, working closely with our regional HQ in Singapore. This is a strategic role at the heart of ALTIOS’ growth in Asia-Pacific!

What You’ll Do

As Country Coordinator, you’ll grow ALTIOS’ footprint in Thailand by driving business development, managing client relationships, and coordinating international projects. Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC), you’ll oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and delivering results, while building strong connections with banks, agencies, chambers, and investors to create new opportunities.

You’ll manage the Thai subsidiary’s daily operations, aligning budgets, business plans, and commercial strategies with regional objectives. You’ll lead consulting assignments for international SMEs, delivering market-entry studies, partner searches, and actionable insights in collaboration with global teams.

Additionally, you’ll oversee HR and back-office operations, ensuring payroll, compliance, visas, and employee support are handled efficiently. By combining commercial drive, project expertise, and operational leadership, you’ll make Thailand a key growth hub for Altios in APAC.

Who We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years’ experience in consulting, business development, or project management.
• International mindset, hands-on, proactive, and relationship-driven.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Fluency in English & Thai (bonus: Chinese, German, or French).
