THE POSITION

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Country Director to lead and grow our operations in Brazil, based in São Paulo.

You will act as the face of Altios in Brazil, responsible for the full P&L ownership, team management (currently 3 people), and for developing the business across services and clients. Your leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to build trust with clients and partners will be key to your success.

MISSIONS

• Oversee and develop Altios Brazil’s operations, with full responsibility for the local P&L and business performance
• Manage and grow a multidisciplinary team (currently 3 people), fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
• Act as an ambassador of Altios in Brazil: participate actively in local and international networks, represent the company at events, and build trusted relationships with business partners, institutions, and clients
• Ensure effective coordination with global teams and clients, sharing best practices, driving project success, and supporting the strategic execution of Brazil-focused initiatives

PROFILE

• Finance/accounting background with strong business mindset, OR business development background with a strong experience managing a P&L and developing teams
• Track record in team leadership and client relationship management
• International profile, fluent in Portuguese and English; French is a strong plus
• Strong collaborative mindset, client-oriented, flexible, and open to working in a multicultural environment
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and proactive approach
